Cancellations, Returns/Exchanges and Refunds
Blush & Gray is committed to providing quality products and services. However, if there is something that you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us immediately and we"ll make it our top priority to meet your needs. Please read below for our policies on cancellations, returns/exchanges and refunds.

 

WEDDING STATIONERY
(invitation suites, details cards, save the date cards, thank you cards, menus, place cards, programs)

Cancellation
- Once you place your order we will start the design process. If you decide to cancel your order before our designers have created your digital proof, we will refund your order minus a $25 processing fee.

- If you decide to cancel your order after receiving your proof, we will refund your order minus a $100 design and processing fee.
- Once you approve your design, we will start the printing process and there are no cancellations or refunds. Once final proofs have been approved, customized orders may not be returned for any reason. If by chance Blush & Gray makes a design or printing error, please contact us immediately via email and we will make it our top priority to replace your product as fast as possible, at no additional cost to you.

Please note that once you have approved your PDF proof, you are responsible for the design and text elements. Blush & Gray will not be held responsible for the cost of reprinting due to the any errors you have approved nor will a refund be issued.

 

Design Changes
- Changing designs AFTER you have received your first proof is possible for a $50 fee per design.

- Changes to your order BEFORE it is approved: Each order comes with up to two (2) free digital proofs to make sure the design is exactly how you want it to be. If you would like to make any additional changes after receiving your two (2) free digital proofs, an additional fee of $20 per round of design changes will apply before your final approval.
- Changes to your order AFTER it is approved: Once you approve your proof we will start the printing process and are unable to change your order. Due to our no refund policy on customized purchases, we will assist you with a discounted reorder. However, if it is a Blush & Gray error we will honour a reprint of the order at no cost to you. Should this arise, please contact us at orders@blushandgray.com.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel individual parts of an order. We are only able to process cancellations in their entirety.

 

Returns and Refunds
In the unfortunate event of damage, shortage, or an error on our end during production (in case where the final product does not match the approved digital proof), we will reprint and re-ship any item(s) at no charge to you. If there is no time for us to send you a reprint, we can issue a partial credit. This would be refunded to your credit card.

We encourage you to check the spelling of names and places on your order form and on your digital proofs. Every product sold is personalized, therefore we cannot take responsibility for customer errors. If an error occurs, we encourage you to contact our customer service department and we will work towards a solution that is mutually agreeable. We cannot accept returns due to general dissatisfaction if there are no printing errors, since all printed products are personalized.

ACCESSORIES, PARTY DECOR AND SUPPLIES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Returns and Exchanges 
All of our wedding accessories are handmade on demand and we strive to deliver the highest quality products. Please note that if you order multiples of a handcrafted product, some variances may occur. You must carefully select the materials and colours you prefer prior to ordering to eliminate errors. In the unfortunate event of damage, shortage, or error on our end, we will remake and re-ship any item(s) at no charge. If you'd like to exchange a product for another you must ship back the product you are exchanging using the shipping labels enclosed in your package. 

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

REFUND PAYMENTS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@blushandgray.com.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@blushandgray.com.

 

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

 

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
