How to Order

1. Select your wedding stationery design
From fun to elegant, we have a design that fits your style. Browse our collections to find a design you like, then you can begin your customization.

2. Select your quantity
We recommend that you order ten (10) extra sets of wedding stationery to account for keepsakes and lost mail.

3. Choose your paper
Our wedding stationery is available in two (2) FSC certified, best-in-class paper stocks. We offer premium white, smooth and premium white linen (textured) paper. Our premium white, smooth paper has a wonderful matte finish and holds colour beautifully. Upgrading to a linen (textured) stock will give your invitation a luxurious, tactile feel. Our Craft collection is printed on padding board – an eco friendly, cover stock produced of 100% recycled fibers.

4. Choose your colours
Select the colours that best match or complement your wedding’s colour palette. We are pleased to offer a colour palette that works across our wedding stationery and accessories line so you will always know that your invitation will coordinate with your favour bags, ring pillow or bow ties.

Select your colours from the product page, which shows the preferred colours for a particular collection or look at our colour palette. If you looking for a colour that we do not offer, we will work with our suppliers to colour-match a provided sample to the best of our abilities (download B&G colour palette to view our selection).

5. Choose your envelope
All of our invitation sets come with a premium white, square flap envelope (unless specified otherwise). There is a small charge to upgrade to a colour or metallic envelope for a more luxurious feel. Some of our Save the Date cards come with a premium 5.5” square white or black envelope (small charge applies for the upgrade to black).

6. Choose your wording
Select your invitation/program wording form our sample guide, then modify it to best suit your wedding style. Remember to add parking arrangements or directions to your ceremony site and/or reception venue (download B&G Wording Guide for more information).

7. Upload a photo (if required)
If you need to upload a photo for your selected design, please keep in mind that all artwork provided must be of a high resolution for printing. If your photo has a low resolution, your printed photo card can look grainy or pixelated. Resizing the photo could distort the quality of the image. To get the best printed photo cards, it’s important to use original and unedited photos.

Our 2 (two) most common photo card sizes are:
5” x 7” for most save the date cards and invitations – photo needs to be 1500 by 2100 pixels
4” x 6” for most thank you cards – photo needs to be 1200 by 1800 pixels

How to find out if your preferred photo meets the requirements:
On a Mac:
Copy your photo to your desktop, right-click on the image and select Get Info to find the dimensions.
On a PC:
Copy your photo to your desktop, right-click on the image and select Properties or Info to find the dimensions in the photo details.

8. Design approval and printing
A Digital Proof* will be emailed to you within 3 business days of placing your order. Production and delivery time is 2-3 weeks (depending on your location) from the approval of the proof.

To avoid mistakes, we encourage you to check the spelling of names and places on your order form and on your digital proof. If you need to revise or change information on your wedding stationery you may do so by marking the Digital Proof. One free revision is included in your order. Additional changes will be charged at $20 per round of revisions.

*A Digital Proof is a PDF file of your personalized wedding stationery showing the colour, design and text placement of your order. Note that colours may vary between monitors or electronic devices.

All of our handcrafted wedding accessories are made to order. Production and delivery time is 2-3 weeks (depending on your location). We do our best to ship the accessories at the same time as your wedding stationery. Additional time may be required for orders of accessories exceeding sixteen (16) pieces.
